“Spiro was a fantastic and very knowledgeable guide. His tour walked us through time from renaissance to impressionist paintings and then modern and contemporary art. He connected the time periods explaining how one lead to the other and showcased several pieces with stories about the artists as well as explaining why some art was displayed alongside specific other pieces. *One thing to note, the tour we booked was called “Private Art Institute of Chicago Skip-the-Line Guided Tour” through Viator and was noted that there would be a “Professional Tour Guide Exclusively for You” but this was not the case. We learned lots of interesting history about the city and sailing along Lake Michigan on the segways was a blast. I would give this tour a 5-star review!!!!
