“Our flight was early but our driver was late to pickup. The company claims to monitor flight info but if true, the driver should have been there early as well. The driver arrived about 10 minutes after our scheduled arrival time. With the flight landing early, we waited about 15 minutes outside for the car. Also, the booking promised bottles of water and none was offered. The driver was friendly and drove well, avoiding lots of congestion with some interesting maneuvers. Felt safe whole time though.”
